You can enjoy wonderful, home-cooked dishes in the restaurant or on the terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The hotel’s cuisine gives you a taste of Cretan tradition in every bite. The ingredients used are all local and, in fact, the olive oil, dairy products and meat are our very own! The restaurant’s menu has all the specialties of the Cretan cuisine, including ntakos, snails, staka, goat cheese, cheese and spinach pies as well as a variety of wild greens reshly cooked homemade food from Georgia.
Our portions are not your regular ‘restaurant’ portions; our dishes are served by Mrs. Georgia, or Giorgia, filled to the top as she considers her customers guests at her home.
A wise choice would be to order some local Cretan wine form our own production or, of course, choose from any beverage our bar has. If your taste runs towards a more international cuisine, you will certainly not be lefty hungry as our menu includes a variety of such dishes.
We can organize events for you and your friends(up to 50 people) with Cretan dishes, such as traditional Cretan rice, staka and tsigariasto, which are all prepared by our own cook with pure Cretan products upon request ahead of time concerning the number of people attending.We can prepare a packaged food for you. The hotel also organizes traditional Cretan nights with a great deal of dancing and fun.
